The Yoga Uniao Series 2 is here! This is the second part of a four-part course (series 3 and 4 are so hard that they will not be recorded until enough members have completed series 2 multiple times) that has given Sebastian and his students the most benefit and fastest progress out of any of the other methods he has used.
There are 6 videos that teach you how to do the full flow of the series (final full video), which is a mixture of yoga, capoeira and bjj moves joined in a flow. You should be familiar with the first Yoga Uniao Series before you attempt this one, as it is quite challenging!
