Are you super tired?

If you're exhausted from hard physical work, long days of work or tough sparring rounds - this video is for you.

We’re assuming you have ZERO ENERGY for any kind of work or exercises, so this will demand none of that from you. You will just relax, restore and recharge for the next 20 minutes. The only prop you will need is a wall, which is the best prop in the world anyways. Lets have gravity do the work for us, enjoy!
