What is this?
Welcome to Stretching Only! This bundle of videos is organised to supplement your yoga practice. They will teach you how to stretch, breathe and do so safely. You will learn stretches that you can use on your own, on the mat, after training or on the go.
How does it work?
I’m glad you asked! There’s a video for Tuesday, Thursday and one for the weekend. If you are hardcore, you can do this program at the same time as Feel the Flow (doesn’t have videos for Tue & Thu). Try and do the videos in the evening or after training, they are not the best idea for first thing in the morning.
Who is it for?
Pretty much anyone! If you are very inflexible then Yoga for Rocks is a perfect alternative. If you are not totally sure, you can give the videos a try and adjust the poses. The most important thing is that you are comfortable & BREATHE.
For week one we have a few of our favourite videos. Let’s add these to our week and build towards the goal : being more flexible, healthier, less injury-prone and better at jiu jitsu!
