This website isn’t just about yoga videos and increasing your flexibility. We’re also here for you if you’re injured because we know how much it sucks to not be able to train. We also know how bad it feels when you don’t know what to do for rehab or prehab and you’re in pain.

This extensive rehab library is here for you to help you on your rehab and recovery path. All rehab programs are carefully prepared and filmed by Rosi Sexton – our licensed Osteopath. She’s not just your regular osteopath though. She’s also a UFC veteran and BJJ brown belt with years of experience with grappling injuries.
