This is the OLDER VERSION of the 10 in 10 program

We decided to bring this one back to life as it was heavily requested and to be honest,  has some really nice stretches. Enjoy!

Most Yoga for BJJ practices start with the 10-in-10 program, which features 10 different areas of focus in 10 days. 10 minutes of practice a day. It is an easy and worthwhile commitment to start building your yoga practice. Your jiu jitsu will thank you.

Here are our top 3 tips to make your experience smoother:

  1. Make sure you have enough space around you, BJJ mats work great, so does a yoga mat, even a good carpet is a good place to start.
  2. If any of the poses hurt or make you really uncomfortable try to modify them. In the unlikely event you feel pain, don’t push through it, but back off. If you are super inflexible, you can also start on Yoga for Rocks.
  3. BREATHE.
