Neck Week

This program has been requested quite a bit. It is the best compilation to date of movements that will benefit you if you have neck issues.

This is not a rehab program, meaning if you just injured your neck and it’s acute, you might want to let it rest before doing this. BUT THIS IS A REHAB PROGRAM.
