This is a rehab program for IT band syndrome, pain on the lateral side of the knee or around the hip. These types of injuries are most common among runners, even though it can happen in other sports as well.
It’s not exactly clear what specifically causes IT band tightness and injuries, but the exercises Rosi has selected here have helped a lot of people with these issues.
As always, feel free to start with day 1 right away (consult with a physician first if you suspect a more serious injury or if video #1 isn’t helping). The videos progress in difficulty, so make sure to listen to your body and don’t push yourself with any of the mobility, stretching or strengthening exercises.
