Welcome to the Yoga for Rocks Inverted Guard program!

A program for you if you're having trouble inverting. It could be due to back pain, leg (hamstring) stiffness, back stiffness or any other reason that's stopping you from inverting.

This program will target the areas that we need loose, to be able to invert properly. Give it a go a couple of times, and let us know how you’re doing.
