Nobody is concerned about their hip flexors until they demand our attention.
This program is suitable for a range of different diagnoses to do with pain in the hip flexor s (it can be an acute tendonitis or it can be a more chronic pain).
Bad news? Unfortunately for us, most of Jiu-Jitsu involves the hip flexors. So if those hip flexors are out of commission it means we are most likely out of commission (unless you are able to use only your arms and hands as an effective guard, if so – give us a call because we need to hear about this!).
Good news? There is hope! We have an amazing hip flexor rehab program for YOU!
When you are using this program be guided with how it feels. If the pain is quite acute and irritable do less first and then progress as things start to feel better.
The days progress in difficulty so you can go through at your own pace and repeat each day as many times as you need to.
It is best to see a sports injury professional for a proper diagnosis first
