Welcome to the Competition Week Program!

This program should be a great help in the week leading up to the competition. The process of preparation winds down in intensity towards the day of the competition. The last day is intended as a warm-up before the competition.
Pro tip: Get some yoga in before you arrive at the venue just in case, sometimes there isn’t enough space or time to do the most important warm-up of all.
