Back in Control Program

We get a lot of questions from our brothers on the mats that are looking for a relief from back pain. That is why the time has come to do a full program dedicated to combat back pain. I’ve personally had huge benefits in recovering from a hernia with yoga and while I will never pretend to be a doctor or a physiotherapist, I have seen these poses and exercises work time and time again!
